At Health's Power, our priority is your well-being and satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality of every bottle.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
* Safety Seal: The product must be unopened and with the original safety seal intact. For public health reasons, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been opened or tampered with.
* Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
* Gift cards.
* Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (Final Sale).
* Products that have been opened or used.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [support@healthspowerlabs.com] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
